| The Tobacco Reduction Program of Health Canada is responsible for preventing and reducing
tobacco use. The program funds a number of projects and contracts with various agencies
and individuals to conduct research, coordinate policy, share information and develop
resources for professionals and agencies. As part of a Diffusion Project with the Canadian Cancer Society, the Tobacco Reduction Program has sponsored the collection of a variety of documents on schools and tobacco at this site. There are several Health Canada publications related to schools that are available under the sponsored publications page of the website, including: Quit4, Smoke Free and Smoke or in French Fumer, Visfu and V100f. |
